Executive Chef

Chef Wesley was a local Louisiana native, going on to attend the Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge. After graduating, he went on to work at Soji Modern Asian, Augusta National Golf Club, and the Lodge and Spa at Three Forks Ranch in Colorado where he curated the opening of The Kitchen Academy. A destination aimed at expanding culinary knowledge through hand’s on experience working with distinguished chefs.

An advocate for utilizing local and fresh ingredients, Wesley’s idea of a perfect dining experience is approachable yet exciting flavors with a nod to his southern heritage.
